Once chosen, we handle the training and onboarding so your VA is ready to start.

What kind of support do I get afterwards?

We check in weekly with your VA and keep them connected through our community trainings, internal huddles, monthly Lunch & Learn sessions, and social catch-ups (online or in-person). The full process usually takes 4–6 weeks, depending on how many interview rounds you’d like. We post your ad, shortlist candidates, and you’ll typically start interviews around week three or four. No, you don’t need them beforehand. You can build your SOPs, document libraries, and workflows once your VA begins. Many clients start simple and evolve their systems later. If you need help setting up, we can assist with systems implementation during onboarding.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Most clients notice improvement within the first week. We set daily and weekly tasks during your kickoff meeting so your VA can start straight away. It usually takes a couple of weeks to master daily tasks, while monthly or complex tasks can take a few weeks to a couple of months.
